Project developed for Salamanca Investment Group, collaborating jointly with Ingeniera y Construcciones Catalonia [ICC]. Marina Port Vell is a five-star world-class super-yacht port, perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona. The project was developed for a luxury transformation of up to 150 berths, creating the best destination for yachts up to 190 meters. New two-storey constructions were made with platforms in the existing space above the water: the Gallery, a building with a new reception and facilities dedicated to the needs of guests, captains and crew, and the OneOcean Club, a private members club containing a luxury bar-restaurant. This created an emblematic marina that competes as a home port with the best in the world.
