BD BACATÁ is one of the architectural complexes with different uses and activities, for a new icon of the renovation of downtown Bogota. One of the tallest skyscrapers in Latin America: the tallest in Colombia (Bogotá). The project is composed of two towers and a constructed area of 114,384 m2, the highest southern tower with 216 m (67 floors) high and the northern tower with 187 m (56 floors). Thanks to its design and urban typology, a cosmopolitan, developed and competitive complex is created. The complex will have five uses: housing, offices, hotel, shopping center and parking (private and public). It has been conceptualized as a modern urban resort, designed to live, work, buy, stay and enjoy the convenience of having everything in one place.
