Multi-family building of four floors in a block corner (Cruce Espronceda – Tortella), in Pueblo Nuevo (Barcelona). The project comprises 4 duplex dwellings on the ground floor, 6 dwellings on the 1st and 2nd floors; a warehouse of 216 m2 on the 1st floor. With its angular glazed corners, changing surfaces and dynamic colours, a modern design is composed, creating a pleasant environment at the crossroads of the streets. The large windows and glazed corners allow a wide transmission of natural light, generating a lively and illuminated atmosphere. The multiple housing types were designed for a wide selection possibility, for different types of families.
